Building Energy Performance Standards: Design

HOK’s St. Louis studio is partnering with the Building Energy Exchange St. Louis for a three-part educational series on the new Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS) coming to the city of St. Louis.

Hosted by HOK’s Allison Johnson, Anica Landreneau and Donovan Olliff, the discussions will help architects, building owners, engineers, general contractors and tenant brokers understand the new regulations, the impact on their work and how they can efficiently implement changes to the built environment.

The second session at HOK’s St. Louis office (10 S Broadway St Ste 200, St. Louis, MO 63102) will discuss how to model and set energy targets for a project during design. It will also explore how to define the project’s scope and manage execution.
