HOK’s Belinda Young will join a presentation on adapting integrated project delivery for small, concurrent design-build projects at the 2026 Lean Construction Institute’s Design Forum
The presentation uses Sutter Health’s Graduate Medical Education (GME) program as a case study. Sutter approached the design-build team, including HOK and Herrero Builders, with the program concepts and in-service dates to accommodate the expansion of their GME programs to the Oakland and Berkeley campuses. Belinda and the other panelists will share who the design-build team adapted Sutter’s lean project delivery model to this unique series of small, multi-faceted, fast-paced series of projects.
