The Lauritzen Outpatient Center (LOC) at Nebraska Medicine is an exemplary example of a collaborative team approach that included the owner, over 100 staff members, the design team and the contractor. This session begins with a simulation of the Lean public-private partnership workshop utilized during the project and transitions into a discussion of the collaborative process.
