HOK performed a quality audit of a New York-based global investment management company’s internal space planning and data management processes, organization, data accuracy and roles and responsibilities.
For this audit, the team used HOK’s proprietary scorecard system evaluating 10 principles of space planning and data management. We developed our ratings based on stakeholder interviews and detailed reviews of existing documentation, reports, processes, drawings and data.
Our deliverables included a benchmark report measuring our client’s performance against comparable organizations. The team identified the top five actions the company could take to achieve meaningful results.
The second phase of the project included helping the company roll out its new space management improvement plan.
