Lisa is HOK’s chief legal officer and member of the firm’s board of directors and operations committee. She joined HOK’s legal team in 2000, was elevated to general counsel in 2005 and became the firm’s first chief legal officer in 2022.

Based in St. Louis, Lisa and her team provide legal services for HOK offices located across three continents. Missouri Lawyers Media honored Lisa with an In-House Counsel Award as one of the state’s top in-house lawyers.

Lisa previously served on the national board of the ACE Mentor Program, which introduces high school students to careers in design and construction. She currently is president of the ACE Mentor Program of St. Louis.
