As a senior principal of design in HOK’s St. Louis studio, Ripley leads teams through an integrated design process that creates high-performance, sustainable buildings that explore the global evolution of building form and technology. He creates large-scale, transformational buildings and urban environments that are rooted in their place and that promote human interaction. Over the past 30 years Ripley’s work in the U.S. and abroad has earned numerous awards from the AIA and other professional organizations.
Ripley has lectured at organizations including the Argentina Green Building Council, the American Association of Aviation Executives, Airports Council International and the Aviation Consultants Council. He also has served as visiting professor, lecturer and critic at several universities.
