As an interiors practice leader, Erin Nybo leads the design and delivery of healthcare facilities for HOK’s Kansas City studio. She is responsible for overseeing project teams, managing client relationships, mentoring team members and collaborating with healthcare design leaders across the firm to provide the most innovative, patient-centric design solutions. She is passionate about creating functional, beautiful healthcare environments.

Erin is involved in several industry and community organizations. She is president of the IIDA Mid-America Chapter and a member of the Kansas City Sports Commission Emerging Leaders Advisory Board. She is a member of the Kansas City Area Healthcare Engineers and participates in critiques for students in the University of Kansas’ Health and Wellness program.

The Kansas City Business Journal recognized Erin as a “NextGen” leader.
