David has more than three decades of experience managing S+T projects, with a focus on lab planning and design. He has led the programming, planning and design for a wide range of projects, with special expertise in the areas of advanced technology, biotechnology, biomedicine, telecommunications and data centers.

Outside of science + technology, David also has experience working on healthcare, workplace and industrial projects. His past clients have included the University of Southern California, University of California – Riverside, University of California – Davis Health, the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, LabCorp, Edwards Lifesciences, Scripps and Kodak.
