Bill is HOK’s marketing principal in Washington, D.C., and leads the firm’s government practice. He has more than four decades of experience working on award-winning projects in landscape architecture, architectural design, urban planning and interior design at locations around the globe.
Bill has served as principal-in-charge for several international projects, and his clients have included private developers; local, state and federal governmental agencies; and foreign ministries and governments. Bill has been a guest speaker at the Virginia Tech School of Architecture + Design and Penn State Stuckeman School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture.
