Adam Stoltz is HOK’s firm-wide director of consulting based in New York. With more than 15 years of experience, he is a recognized thought leader in addressing the complex issues involving people, organizational performance and the built environment. Adam previously served as the regional consulting leader for HOK’s New York studio from 2013 to 2015.
Prior to rejoining HOK in 2020, Adam was the national director for consulting services at a firm providing real estate and portfolio strategy, workplace and change management services. Before that, as a managing director of a commercial real estate firm in Washington, D.C., he led strategic assignments for dozens of Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies.
Adam is a frequent speaker on the changing nature of work and the workplace at industry conferences and events. He has been quoted as a workplace expert in publications including The New York Times and Commercial Property Executive, and is an active member of CoreNet Global and the Urban Land Institute.
