Jim Halloran, IIDA, LEED AP, is HOK’s director of design, interiors in Houston.
With more than 20 years of experience in corporate, workplace, hospitality and retail design, he is responsible for building lasting client relationships in Houston and ensuring design excellence for the interiors practice. He excels in helping clients realize the most value from their projects and responds to each client’s unique goals and needs.
Jim manages the interiors group and project teams through all phases of design, from initial planning and predesign through project completion. This includes leading vision sessions; programming; design concept development; space planning and development of construction documents; selection of finishes, furnishings and artwork; developing and maintaining budgets; and construction quality control.
He is a member of the International Interior Design Association, CoreNet Global and the Texas Real Estate Commission International Interior Design Association.
