“Our inviting space was designed to inspire new ideas and facilitate communication and collaboration. That translates into more cohesive teamwork, innovative strategies and higher efficiency for clients.”
HOK worked with Armstrong Teasdale’s team of partners, associates and support staff to identify the key objectives for their new space. The contemporary, light and airy work environment developed by HOK promotes Armstrong Teasdale’s goals for business and community outreach. It also supports the recruitment of new clients and talented employees.
An 8,000-sq.-ft. conference center, café and sculpted reception area showcase the firm’s brand. Glass pivot doors allow the conference center to be easily converted for use as an event space.
Located in the notable Crown Center district, the interiors reflect the transparency and clean lines of the office’s architecturally significant high-rise building. Natural light and expansive views to the outside, including the downtown skyline, are available from nearly every part of the office. The extensive use of glass and an open central stairway also promote transparency.
The space planning and design maximizes long-term workplace flexibility and provides efficient use of shared space, storage and circulation.
Design details emphasize Armstrong Teasdale’s forward-thinking culture. White, polished plaster walls reflect light, while bold red accents punctuate the space. A mahogany ribbon wall adds warmth and richness to the predominantly neutral backdrop. Local artwork reinforces the firm’s commitment to the community.
