The design team turned to the oak tree, used in American Century’s primary logo, for inspiration. Saturated supergraphics depicting tree rings communicate the company’s rich heritage and resilience while adding color and texture to the space. Custom glass film that employs the same visual vocabulary adds rhythm to the space and creates privacy.
The Experience Design team developed a versatile employee recognition wall that can be easily updated. Printed wood panels featuring an individual employee can be shifted, removed or added as needed.
The comprehensive branding efforts extend to American Century’s fitness center. To activate this area, the design team used bold colors, line work and abstract figures to create an inspiring environment filled with movement. Throughout the building, the graphics tell American Century’s story and offer an engaging space for employees to understand the organization’s vision and values.
