HOK’s conceptual master plan takes into account the local environment and neighboring developments to enhance the experience for occupants while maximizing the value of the land. Designed to integrate office, retail, entertainment, hotel and residential elements, the campus provides an ideal environment for knowledge-based workers and social spaces for the broader community. Adapting the central sky terrace system links different sections of the campus and encourages interaction.
The 861,100-sq.-ft. Phase 1 retail area is a regional landmark development that provides a new venue for a variety of experiential and commercial activities. The sky terrace platform, retail village and retail center are joined to form a linear construction that runs across the campus, creating a visual corridor that maximizes the visibility of various business activities. The retail village serves as a unique commercial destination with a wide variety of 24-7 activities. Public open spaces incorporated into the many commercial offerings include an event plaza, children’s amphitheater and playground.
Two iconic towers at the edge of the retail area provide 538,200 square feet of office space. The two buildings are connected by the central sky terrace system. On the other side of the retail belt, two blocks of apartments provide residents with panoramic views.
