The campus is in Beijing’s flourishing Economic and Technological Development Zone, near the Fifth Ring Road and Beijing Capital International Airport.
A 16-story office tower is the landmark feature. A low-rise, sweeping development created by an enclosed pedestrian street with a three-story glass wall houses 270,000 square feet of research and development space and a service center. This enclosed pedestrian street connects all campus buildings and provides space for informal communication and team areas. A cafeteria provides outdoor seating against a backdrop of gardens, sport courts and an amphitheater.
Each building has a secondary entry facing a southern access road. If Motorola’s business needs change, it can sublease the low-rise buildings.
