HOK’s Rachel Rouse will present a session on “Creative Understanding” at the IIDA Shift Conference.
This session will teach audience members how empathy applies to design. Participants will become aware of how to design with empathy, as well as how to apply empathy to their team and client interactions to create more positive outcomes.
