William Mitchell

As marketing principal for HOK’s On-Site Services practice, Bill Mitchell, OAA, LEED AP, is an architect who understands the challenges that corporate clients face while managing their real estate portfolios. He is based in Ottawa.

In his role as principal-in-charge on several accounts, Bill leads national and global teams in providing on-site space management services, including occupancy planning and data management. He has successfully led integrated space management teams to achieve clients’ real estate objectives, driving down expenses while maintaining full alignment with business strategy.

Bill’s expertise in corporate real estate includes strategic planning, architectural and interior design, workplace strategy and space management, and he has firsthand experience providing on-site services. He recognizes the importance of building strong relationships at a tactical project level  to truly understand clients’ business needs and inform the strategic direction of their portfolios.

With each assignment, Bill challenges HOK’s on-site services teams to continuously seek efficient, innovative solutions. At the core of HOK’s delivery strategy is the integration of occupancy planning and data management services to achieve a client’s portfolio objectives.
