Susan is HOK’s co-CEO and managing principal of the firm’s Washington, D.C., Atlanta and Tampa studios. She also is the chair of HOK’s management board and a member of the operations committee.

Since joining HOK in 1985, Susan has led a variety of complex projects across the U.S. and overseas. She is committed to delivering sustainable projects in both the private and public sectors and is passionate about the need to preserve resources. Her leadership approach begins with creating a foundation that gives all team members opportunities to develop their skills to their greatest potential.
