A thought leader in his field, Morton collaborates with clients to formulate strategies and make the critical decisions needed to optimize performance of land-based assets and align them with business objectives. His approach is focused on building consensus among key stakeholders, producing advocates to implement the recommended solutions and “own” the strategic plan.
