Steve Morton

Steve Morton, ASLA, ULI, is the regional director of planning and consulting for HOK’s West Coast region. He is located in the firm’s San Francisco office.

With a specialty in corporate campus planning, Morton’s experience spans over 30 years in real estate strategy and land planning advisory services for Fortune 100 companies and large-scale institutional clients domestically and abroad, including Apple, AbbVie, Genentech, Citi, Google, ExxonMobil, the City of Long Beach and Santa Clara University.

A thought leader in his field, Morton collaborates with clients to formulate strategies and make the critical decisions needed to optimize performance of land-based assets and align them with business objectives. His approach is focused on building consensus among key stakeholders, producing advocates to implement the recommended solutions and “own” the strategic plan. Morton regularly authors and speaks within industry forums and enjoys collaboration across disciplines in real estate, planning and design.
