Where do you find inspiration?

“Anywhere and everywhere, often in the least expected ways. We always research a property’s particular locale for cultural or environmental influences that can be incorporated into our design concepts.”

What boutique hotel design trends are you seeing in the industry?

“We are seeing a lot of rebranding and repositioning of existing properties. The days of cookie cutter solutions are gone. Major operators that have traditionally relied on repetitive solutions are launching boutique brands with unique ‘one-off’ design solutions that are property- or experience-specific. The demand by seasoned travelers for boutique hotel-type design is very high today.”
