With more than 45 years of experience in the design and analysis of buildings, Anu brings extensive experience designing structural systems for both new buildings or renovations. His deep knowledge of different construction materials enables him to develop highly efficient structural systems for diverse projects in the United States and abroad. Anu’s experience includes high-rise office, residential and hotel projects, aviation projects, and education and campus buildings.
His project work before joining HOK in 2013 included Tocumen International Airport in Panama City, Panama; Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Washington D.C.; Lake Point Tower in Chicago; the University of Houston-Clear Lake campus; the academic building for the University of Houston’s downtown campus; and the Asia Society Texas Center in Houston.
Anu is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Consulting Engineers Council (ACEC), American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), American Concrete Institute (ACI) and the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI).
