Times Square is the first international urban mixed-use project in Suzhou.

Located in the city’s commercial center, the Times Square development integrates retail, dining, entertainment and cultural elements in five districts.

Canal-side walkways link the anchor hotels, offices, retail destinations and open spaces. A sweeping sky canopy features a 1,640-foot-long ETFE canopy with an integrated LED screen.

HOK’s design creates urban landmarks, gateways and plazas to enhance the sense of arrival and provide a distinct character. Visitors access Times Square by water taxi, six subway exits and more than 4,000 underground parking spaces.
