HOK’s interior design for Cinema Tower intentionally contrasts the public realm and glamourous lifestyle of the neighboring sister tower, appealing to the film industry’s broader community, creativity and dynamic culture.
Elements such as lighting cords, industrial carpeting, and reclaimed wood and brick contrast with polished chrome and high gloss lacquers to reveal a play between the finished and unfinished, sleek and raw, scripted and uncut.
The double-story lobby has a casually elegant style with spacious and welcoming lounge seating.
HOK’s design incorporates several multi-functional lounges, a servery and a 14-person dining area. An accessible, 38-person theater provides a state-of-the-art AV system that enhances the movie-going or gaming experience. A light-filled, spacious fitness area features dedicated space for equipment use and group training, and a multifunctional gym allows for flexible programming.
Outdoor spaces act as an extension of the indoors, with an easily accessible outdoor terrace. An urban rock garden and water features add to the sensory experience.
The “behind-the-scenes” branded concept and building amenities have fostered interaction among residents, engaging and giving them a sense of community.
