“[HOK's] unique capacity for understanding Colorado’s natural environment and progressive thinking when it comes to sustainability, worldwide, makes the firm uniquely qualified to plan and design this complex 42-acre, organic 24/7 entertainment district.”
HOK is the design architect for the project, which will include a manmade river and up to 1.5 million square feet of retail, entertainment and restaurant space.
In addition to creating a new downtown for the city of Glendale, a suburb of Denver, the project will also include the revitalization of Cherry Creek within the Riverwalk boundaries.
