Image and Branding Strategy for a New Head Office

How we will adapt to our new HQ: tomorrow’s behaviors celebrated, today’s behaviors optimized and yesterday’s behaviors extinguished.

Barclays’ unique service ethos and distinctive facilities will be instantaneously recognizable to staff, visitors and customers, providing a long-lasting, welcoming memory that reflects and enhances the Barclays corporate image. 

Moving into a new headquarters consolidating 13 diverse business units into one location gave Barclays an opportunity to create a clean slate: a workscape embedded with brand attributes and facilitating desired work processes and behavior.

The team’s interview and analysis of the Barclays brand strategy informed a design brief that interior designers will use to create an on-brand environment exhibiting attributes of corporate personality that will drive desired behaviors in the new, co-mingled employee population. Our communications package adapted all aspects of the Barclays’ corporate identity.
