HOK’s comprehensive work profiling effort identified a 50 percent increase in the number of staff that could telework full-time. Our team worked with the client’s business unit leaders to enable mobility within and outside the headquarters workplace. We also designed new space standards that increased floor density by 10 percent.
The team developed an accompanying change management program that helped employees understand and adapt to different space types and new ways of working. The phased renovation program offered opportunities to leverage lessons learned and refine the change management program over time.
