HOK collaborated with ATB to develop the business case and a change management process that helped the institution implement the workplace program. This initiative engaged employees in understanding the benefits of mobile work—both to them as individuals and to the business success of ATB—and provided direction, coaching and a toolkit that supports ongoing engagement.
