The building, which earned a BREEAM Very Good rating, lies in a conservation area and takes its name from the adjacent St. Mary-le-Bow church.
The sensitivity of the site, due to the proximity of the church and the restrictions of working within the St. Paul’s viewing corridor, was compounded by the requirement for the contractor, Bovis, to allow the Museum of London Archaeological Service to conduct an archaeological dig on the site before construction began.
The building includes retail space on the basement and ground levels. Tenants on the upper floors enjoy open-plan office accommodations.
