Based on the site’s abundant natural greenery, a primary goal was to create an environmentally friendly system linking the city’s main landscapes, roads and regional parks.
The plan is zoned for three areas: an official core, an area for high-end services and a residential neighborhood.
An innovative vertical traffic system links the street level, the underground grid and a series of above-ground connections to form a three-dimensional pedestrian network. The efficient public transport system integrates subway stations and reduces carbon emissions.
An open-gate landmark building symbolizes an open door connecting China and Taiwan.
