HOK is designing and providing construction services for new replacement buildings for all USDA animal research and testing facilities in Ames, Iowa. HOK-CS is providing construction bridging services, including cost modeling, scheduling, logistics, constructability and delivery options. The multi-phased modernization combines programs and space requirements from the three main agencies: the National Veterinary Services Laboratory, the Center of Veterinary Biologics and the National Animal Disease Center. The facility includes laboratories, office space, an auditorium, a conference centet, a library and a food court.
