Following placements in the firm’s St. Louis and Hong Kong studios, Chris Fannin has moved to HOK’s London office as a senior vice president and director of planning. He is leveraging the capabilities of the London planning team to focus on the regeneration of sites throughout the UK and beyond. Fannin is passionate about emphasizing aesthetics and ethics as part of making beautiful, environmentally sensitive places.
“I’m proud to return to the London studio, where we have built tremendous momentum with great projects, design talent and a shared desire for a truly integrated practice,” said Fannin. “We’re leveraging the best our firm has to offer to provide the most creative solutions for our clients.”
“Having worked in HOK offices across three continents, Chris brings a fresh and informed perspective to enliven our London planning team,” said Hajjar.
Lee Daniels has joined HOK as regional leader of consulting in EMEA. Daniels draws on his extensive understanding of property and facilities management, strategic planning, business development programs and workplace design to provide innovative solutions to workplace challenges.
“I’m excited to join a company with such a wonderful culture and client list,” said Daniels. “I look forward to putting HOK’s consulting services at the forefront of clients’ minds and working with the entire London team to build on our already excellent reputation.”

Senior Project Director David Weatherhead has joined HOK’s London office. With expertise in the design of buildings for the healthcare, commercial, education and residential markets, he brings 15 years of experience to HOK. He previously honed his strong management and leadership skills as leader of his own design firm, Weatherhead Architecture.
“I’m delighted to be part of HOK’s London office,” said Weatherhead. “Great design is inherently linked to a rich, diverse experience brought together through collaboration. I’m looking forward to working with the many talented individuals within this design-led practice.”
